Pollo Diablo, or Devil's Chicken, is Mad Mex's boldest Chicken yet. Amigos know that real heat lives at Mad Mex - that's why this year we're upping the stakes. Our chargrilled chipotle chicken marinade contains three chillies for maximum flavour: Ancho for depth, Chipotle for smoke and Habanero for a slow, deliberate burn. Launching 17th March, available until 24th May.

For the mad spice lovers, we're also bringing back our infamous Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauce, loaded with spice from the world's third-hottest chilli. Ever wanted to taste a burrito as spicy as military-grade pepper spray? Now you can!
